Our purpose

Clear guidance without pretending to replace Scripture

Many people search online with honest questions about Jesus, salvation, anxiety, forgiveness, prayer, doubt, suffering, and Christian living.

Ask Jesus Clearly is being built to organize those questions into focused guides that connect readers with relevant biblical passages and helpful context.

The site does not claim that visitors are literally speaking with Jesus. It does not claim to deliver private revelation, prophecy, or the direct voice of God.

Readers are encouraged to verify references, read passages in their complete context, pray for wisdom, and seek support from trustworthy Christian community when appropriate.

Articles begin with relevant biblical passages and encourage readers to examine those passages in their wider literary and historical context.

Interpretation clearly identified

Biblical text, historical context, theological explanation, and practical reflection should not be presented as though they are all the same thing.

Honest about differences

Where major Christian traditions understand a passage or doctrine differently, meaningful differences should be acknowledged rather than hidden.

Clear about limitations

Ask Jesus Clearly does not claim to be Jesus, speak for God, provide new revelation, or replace Scripture, Christian community, or qualified professional care.

Ask Jesus Clearly is not presented as the official website of a particular church, denomination, ministry, pastor, or theological institution.

Christian traditions sometimes differ on biblical interpretation, church practice, sacraments, perseverance, spiritual gifts, and other theological subjects.

When those differences are relevant to a question, the goal is to describe them fairly without pretending that every Christian tradition teaches exactly the same thing.
